Florida Coast Beach Rentals is more than a vacation rental company. It is a family-owned, boutique property management business that blends local expertise with a genuine passion for hospitality. Based in Ponte Vedra Beach and serving South Ponte Vedra, Vilano, and St. Augustine, the company focuses on two groups: homeowners who trust their properties to be managed with care, and guests who want a vacation experience that feels effortless.
The company began with founder Daryl Singleton, who spent nearly three decades in real estate before returning to his first love: hospitality. At 14 years old, Daryl managed the front desk of his parents’ oceanfront hotel, sparking a lifelong passion for welcoming guests. In 2015, he transformed his real estate venture into Vacation Quest, merging experience with a heart for coastal hospitality.
In 2020, Rachel Dillow entered the picture after her husband Jesse surprised her with a beach rental through Daryl. Their connection led Rachel, with her background in general management and customer service, to join the team. Daryl recognized her dedication and asked her to carry on the business when the time came for his retirement.
Sadly, Daryl passed away in August 2023, leaving the company in Rachel’s care. With Jesse’s support, Rachel rebranded the business as Florida Coast Beach Rentals, honoring Daryl’s legacy while shaping a new chapter of growth and boutique service.
