Our clients are the owners of the vacation homes we rent. These owners trust us to take care of their homes. This is a huge responsibility that we accept with extreme seriousness. The people who rent our homes are not just renters, tenants, or customers. They are our GUESTS, and we will always take care of them.

What Makes Us Different?

With our Schlage lock system, there’s no need to pick up keys! At the time of your reservation, you will receive an e-mail asking you to choose a 4-digit code. And boom, whatever you choose, that’s your key! Our express check-in/check-out keyless lock system is popular with our guests. The locks are convenient and much safer than the old-fashioned key setup, as the codes are activated at check-in and deactivated at check-out. There’s no chance of someone making copies of keys to your vacation home and breaking in!

About The Team

Florida Coast Beach Rentals, formally known as Vacation Quest, is a family-owned and operated boutique property management company specializing in vacation beach homes run by a dedicated team with a lot of heart.


Daryl Singleton founder of Vacation Quest was in real estate for 29 years, he had always wanted to go back to his first love, the hospitality industry. When Daryl was only 14 years old, his parents purchased an oceanfront hotel and put Daryl in charge of the front desk. He took many detours throughout his life finding his way back to hospitality in 2015 when he rebranded his previous business venture into Vacation Quest.


In 2020, Jesse Dillow rented a beach home from Daryl as a surprise for his wife's birthday. One thing led to another; Jesses wife Rachel Dillow joined Vacation Quest. With her previous experience in general management, customer service and her love of the beach, Darly thought she would be the perfect fit. After just a short time working at Vacation Quest, Daryl asked Rachel to take over the business when he was ready to retire. From then, she worked alongside Daryl learning everything about property management.


Sadly, in August of 2023 Daryl passed away leaving the business to Rachel.

After a few months of Daryl's passing, Rachel and Jesse knew the business was in desperate need of a revamp. They decided to change the business name to Florida Coast Beach Rentals. With being local to the area, they plan to grow and offer South Ponte Vedra Beach, Vilano & St. Augustine Beach with the upmost service and hospitality a vacation rental can offer!
