
Reservations made more than 40 days before arrival require a $500 reservation deposit.
At any time prior to 60 days before arrival, cancellations or changes can be made, minus a $50 change fee. If cancellation occurs more than 40 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus the $50 change fee.
At 60 days before arrival, the $500 deposit is applied toward the rental, and the remaining balance is due. After this point, no refunds, rescheduling, or cancellations can be made.
Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
Some vacation homes allow pets. Guests planning to bring a pet must confirm in advance.
Pet fee: $150 per pet.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
Pets must remain leashed on the beach, and all waste must be bagged and disposed of properly.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pets. These damages are not covered under the accidental damage waiver.
The only exception to the no-cancellation policy is if St. Johns County, Florida, issues an official evacuation order. A hurricane watch or hurricane warning outside of St. Johns County does not qualify as an exception.
Florida Coast Beach Rentals keeps all personal and guest information confidential. Information shared by email, phone, or direct contact is used only to process reservations and communicate with guests.
This information will never be sold or rented. Unless guests request otherwise, the company may occasionally provide updates about specials or upcoming events.
All homes feature secure digital keyless locks. Guests may create their own personal access code for the duration of the stay. If no personal code is chosen, a code will be assigned.
